Jason arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and very efficient in completing the upgrade to our panel. I feel he has great customer service skills , very respectful, explains procedure being completed and answered any questions asked of him. He cleaned up after the job , and very concerned that we were happy with with everything done. We were very pleased , as it is hard to find good work ethic and customer service skills these days . Great job ION electric!
