Beware, no warranty from these guys. We hired Only The Glass in 2020 to have a few window panes replaced. The glass units were supplied by Airtite, and advertised a 5-year warranty on the glass, and also advertised that it would cost one- third of a new replacement window by only replacing the glass. Here we are, four years later, with a failed window unit, and they won't stand behind their warranty. So, only a third of the cost of a new window, not even a third of the life expectancy of a new window, and no warranty as they claim there is no warranty on oversized shaped windows, when their website states a 5- year warranty on all their glass units. Back in 2020, the window cost me $1,600 for materials and labor. I'm now being quoted $1,500 for labor and $800 for the glass, and they said they would cover half the cost of the glass. I understand there has been inflation over four years, but it seems like they overinflated their labor and material costs so they can still make a profit on something that should be warrantied.
