It was November 2021 and our furnace was working intermittently, then it completely died. Modify air was amazing in coming in getting a furnace for us. Even with the supply train issues they managed to get us a furnace in short order. They were amazingly helpful in this situation. We also decided to go ahead and get a tankless water heater and air conditioner. We are especially happy with the tankless water heater and the air conditioner is a better size for our house. In the spring 2022, they came out to set up the air conditioner which they couldn't do in December (We completely forgot about this until they called us...oops) Honestly, great customer service, great service in general and overall, we are amazingly happy with Modify Air. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us in this cold situation.
