I was quoted a competitive price for my move and had initially had good communication with Rus. The timing of the move had to be changed twice because of elevator booking concerns, but I received confirmation in writing of the time of my move. The day of my move, I had no contact information for the crew. I called the main line and was told the movers were ahead of schedule; I quickly finished up packing to be on time. When it had been 30 minutes after my schedule time, I called again and was told the movers would be another two hours. The crew showed up an hour after that, resulting in a 3.5h delay with very poor communication. I missed my entire elevator window. The two movers who came were hardworking, but this all made what was otherwise an exciting move very stressful and unpleasant.
