I had a new roof installed with terrible results and inadequate response from the installer. and significant damange to my ceilings, stairs, and furniture. I reached out to Homestars and received Michael of KY Roofing contact info. He attended immediately although the roof was frozen, repaired the leaking areas, provide a complete inspection free of charge with photos and videos and an excellent report. He came by multiple times without being contacted and at no extra charge to inspect the roof once the weather was better and to ensure the leaking inside had not re-occurred. My neighbour had a similar problem and Ky Roofing repaired her issues as well. My son had shingles fly off in a windstorm Ky Roofing attended on a Sunday to replace the shingles. Michael's professionalism and workmanship is excellent.
