Bad experience for a dryer fix
Got a non functioning Whirlpool, Tony convinced me to replace it with a refurbished Kenmore, said it was being fixed in good working condition and offered warranty. However, not working 6 days after installation, he came and changed coil and thermostat. 3 months later no heat again called but needed to wait 2 weeks for a response then said will charge another $80 diagnostic which can be deducted from total amount of fix. I end up paying way more for a fix than a brand new dryer. Be mindful. Very unhappy client!

Hi there, we are sorry to learn that you are not satisfied with our service. However we are more than fair when it comes to our pricing and warranty. Appliances break down at any point weather it is brand new or refurbished and when yours broke down 2 weeks after installation we came and fixed it right away to honour the 3 months warranty we promised you. Now more than 3 months later it is broken again which is inevitable, but it is not fair for us to come out free of charge and fix it for you again. Please be fair, mindful and respectful of our time and service. We feel that we have been beyond fair and professional with you and hope that you understand where we are coming from.
