Poor communication equals terrible service.

Two weeks to verify part wasn’t available only after I chase him day after day. I diagnosed the problem for him and he couldn’t even be professional enough to tell me in a reasonable amount to time he didn’t want the work. These are the worse kind of business. They keep you waiting while I could have solved to issue with someone else.
