They were very prompt in returning my call, showed up 30 minutes early, and diagnosed all problem areas quickly.
Price was very reasonable, all water leakage was stopped.
However I had to call them back as they mounted the new faucet at a 45 degree offset so it would not reach the sink. They returned immediately and fixed the problem but that's a pretty big thing to have missed.
They're also a bit messy with the caulking so I'd be wary of using them if you've got a place where something like that would stand out.
I'd hire them again, but not for any/every plumbing job, just the rough ones.
