All in all the job was done very poorly. The 2 guys that did most of the work, were just too inexperienced. There was a multitude of mistakes made; wrong countertop ordered, vinyl plank flooring laid incorrectly, plumbing done not to code and just generally sloppy workmanship.
Recently, I've been trying to get Rob to come back to fix the floor tile, and have been unable to get a hold of him. Subsequently, I've had to hire someone else to do the job!
