On one of the coldest days all winter, my torsion spring broke while I was attempting to open my garage. As I was trying to find someone local to get a quote, Avi popped up on Homestars highly recommended. I called him and he was on his way to another job. He gave me a rough quote over the phone and an approximate time he would could come. He called once again to ensure the timing was still convenient for me. Once he came, he took a look, recommended to not also replace the spring, but I should also replace the brackets that hold the rod and the rollers for my door. I also have a low ceiling which makes it a challenge. Once he finished the job, he called me out to show me the old parts, and he was right in the recommendations he made. He also showed me how, when and where I should spray garage door lube for preventative maintenance.
All in all he was excellent. A true professional, who was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and communicative. Highly recommend him and his services.
