Kiko's Contracting Plus

I am so thrilled with the job that Francisco did to fix the awful work and leaking shower that another tiler from another company had done 2 months ago. Francisco is a true craftsman who cares about his work, about perfection, and making the client happy. He had a solution to fix the other guy's terrible cut work at the bottom edge, he ensured that the tile floor is leak-proof, and he corrected the slope so that water drains correctly. Not only is his tiling work exceptionally great, he's respectful of being in your home, he cleans up after each day and leaves no mess behind -- plus Francisco's just the kindest, friendliest guy who I really enjoyed talking to! After the work was done he texted me every couple of days to see how the grout was drying, to make sure I was happy. I have uploaded a picture showing how the previous guy used the wrong grout so the shower looks 20 years old, and how that guy did a terrible job cutting (and after demolition we found water leaking underneath), and then I've uploaded the AFTER picture of the beautiful result that Francisco achieved! I would recommend Francisco in a second, and he'll be doing ALL of our tile work from now on!
