Lloyd called me en route to give me a more exact ETA. Lloyd and partner were both pleasant, friendly and professional. They were careful and used runners to protect our floors from damage. They also provided recommendations on timelines for future cleaning before leaving.
We have done renovations and have a dog who regularly sheds, I am pleased with my results.
