Please do not hire Ryley as he is a good talker but does not have any intention of doing what he says he will do. He will take your money and provide no service! I have a physical disability and we hired him for snow removal.

We had to call him every time we received a big snow fall last year 2019/2020 and he either showed up days later or not at all. And mostly, not at all. If he did show up he didn’t do a good job clearing snow and or ice. Most times my husband had to do it himself.

He had all the excuses too. It was not a good experience and I just hope we can save others from having the same one.

very aggressive selling and poor results. Ryley after a three weeks still has his garbage on our front area. once you pay him he will not come back to finish the job .

As another reviewer here - James - we have experienced the same fate. We paid upfront for seasonal snow removal and as of today have had zero service. With each snowfall we were promised multiple times and given multiple excuses after spending many hours trying to make contact and find a resolution. He has a plethora of inventive excuses for failure to provide service. We have asked for a refund and been refused. He has stated if I post a negative review he will sue me. The contract company - Ward Home Builders- will say that the contract is not with them and with someone they referred you too. This is untrue. I too have all documents including a contract on Ward Home Builders letterhead, copies of correspondence etc. My only wish here is to save someone else from suffering the same fate.

Ryley, Failed to provide service as per the contract although we paid in full. This company is out to defraud customers and collect money upfront with no intention of providing service. Beware! Do not pay upfront.

There has been 5 days when snow plow and salt service was to be provided to our home as per our contract and this company has not once shown up. We have waited for Ryley to come service our property again, again, he still hasn’t even dropped off salt that we've been waiting for from October, which was included in the contract. He continues to make excuses, even stating that he is on his way to our home and then never shows up and that he has contracted out our job to another company, and yet no one ever shows. We paid in full for a service that he has not once provided. We have asked for a full refund, we will have to hire someone to service our property, he has told us there are no refunds..
The fact that he gives so many excuses for his lack of service, I’m actually shocked that he takes customers money with no intention to provide the service he agreed to in his contract.
Our driveway is frozen and is now a liability, we are scrambling to find a last minute snow removal service to come and ensure our property is safe for us and the other tenants. I have a contract and all texts and emails that provides proof.

Hey Ryley, thank you so much for renovating my front lawn in Markham! You did an excellent job and it looks gorgeous! The cutting is clean and precise. I truly did love the service!
