I contacted Yong thru this website. He responded promptly and came to provide a free estimate. The original estimate was the lowest one we received, and when they came by a second time, they admitted to a failure on their part for missing some measurements. The final quote was still fair and one of the lowest.
Mr. Chan then came by with stone samples to choose colour and they we’re right on schedule for doing the work.
After they were done and left, I realized one of the stone was a different colour. Mr Chan came by immediately to examine and promptly replaced it as soon as he could. Great customer service.
