We had Matt and crew do a complete bathroom
renovation. His skill, plus the skill of all tradespeople he brought in has transformed our bathroom into a luxurious space. Matt kept in constant contact, providing updates on when things would be installed and was open when we wanted to make changes. We would highly recommend this company for any remodelling work and will use them again for future projects.

There are not enough words to express how absolutely thrilled I am with our bathroom renovation! Matt and Luis did a fantastic job, I cannot recommend them enough! A year later, and I am still so pleased every time I walk into my bathroom.

My husband and I recently bought a semidetached home in 2020, the basement was unfinished and unusable! We needed extra income because of the pandemic so we thoroughly looked for contractors to remodel our basement for a potential retail opportunity ! Thankfully we found LUMAT construction Ltd !! Lumat Construction. Luis and Matt, were doing work in our area and noticed our aged and hazardous front steps so left their card on our front door and offered to restore them to new. Thank goodness they did this! We contacted them, met with them, got a quote and hired them.
We not only got new steps but also a new front porch and walkway and a repaved driveway. They did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the end result.
They provided great suggestions and options for us every step of the way were very professional and their attention to detail was clearly evident throughout the process.

Immaculate masonry work on a very deteriorated, slanting brick chimney of a 1930s house. Removed most of the chimney bricks for a rebuild with new closely matching brick. Added a cement cap as well, since one was not present. Provided comprehensive, accurate estimate of work at a very reasonable price. The level of attention to detail and cleanup was unsurpassed. I am very happy with all aspects of service provided. The team is very professional, communicative and cheery from start to finish.

I sought a number of quotes from different masonry firms prior to this, and recall mention of just adding mortar missing between bricks. That would have been an incorrect job as the bricks had few points of contact with mortar and had to be rebuilt.

My partner and I hired LUMAT Construction after falling in love with a kitchen they recently renovated for a colleague. After exploring numerous contractors, it was a pleasure to meet Luis and Matthew! LUMAT construction helped my family and I construct our dream home. They completed a full renovation of our kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom. All renovations throughout our home included new flooring, new interior doors and trim, drywall repairs, painting plus a handful of other specialized items. Their craftsmanship is spectacular, using quality product and precise technique.
