My garage door spring broke
The door had one spring, the person who came out came almost 2 hours late( I checked my phone) they say its a 2 hour wait at min. but its more, no problem there. The door tech was constantly on the phone the whole time. They did not have my spring so they replaced the one with 2 smaller ones. again no problem. After many attempts and the door cable popping off and the day turning into night he was finally done. but not before he let the door smash to the ground from 1/2 way up. Thank God the door did not break. I was so long with so many frustrating attempts to just tension the door properly. He ended up leaving with cash 650.
When he had left i pulled the safety cable and seen the door rocket to the top only to be stopped by a small bolt on the track. I could not even pull the door down 1" the springs were so tight.
the next day the cable on the side of the door came off again. I called them and I'm still waiting for them to come.....lol... there not ever coming hear again. they got their money already.

The tec. said he is being paid $15.00 /hour
I felt very sorry for the tec and just wanted the whole thing over b4 someone get's hurt. I pray that the Lord will increase the knowledge of the tech and he can have his own honest business in the future. May God bless you Alex.
if someone can't give me a written quote in the future I will not have them do anything for me.. its my lesson learned and please learn form this...
