Hamilton Appliance Repair

Washing machine was leaking and the technician diagnosed a faulty gasket. He returned a few days later to replace it and said to call if leaking continued. Its still leaking and I have called repeatedly over three days and can only get a busy signal. Also left a text and received no response. Initial work was done promptly but the problem continues and was not diagnosed correctly.

Update: Technician was away on vacation and after finally receiving my message arranged for another technician to come out to look at the problem. Hopefully this will resolve the issue but I do appreciate his following through .
