I was entirely pleased with Moreno's work in my Vancouver home and will certainly call him next time I have electrical needs. I had accumulated a long list of minor matters like replacing switch plates, checking crackling noises, and installing new fixtures. Moreno dealt with them all wonderfully. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, organized and nice. He worked steadily and effectively, and communicated very well by email and in person. I valued his judgement on when something needed to be fixed and when we could leave it alone. Moreno clearly works within tight professional standards as to what is safe and permissable, which suits me very well. I recommend Moreno very highly indeed.
