The Hot and Cool Guys Ltd.

I hired Otto at The Hot & Cool Guys to replace my humidifier and to service my furnace. He was highly communicative and answered all of my questions, prior to booking the job. Otto arrived on time for our appointment, and he was a pleasure to work with (thanks for wearing shoe booties, without me having to ask!). He explained everything that he was going to do, and he walked me through all the steps of what I would need to do to ensure my new humidifier operates properly. Otto also did a full furnace servicing, as it had not been done in quite some time. Thanks for being easy to work with, Otto!
