Had a leak around my window well. H2O services had fixed the leak and have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that the leak won't return. Very professional and courteous staff. Would recommend to anyone with any problems with water in or around their household.

I have got a sewer line blocked. I called Wayne and he provided me with very reasonable price. So I decided to hire him.

He and Bob came quickly at the same day and inspected the problem of the sewer line with a camera. They used sewer snake to clean sewer line. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They explained me what the problem was and recommended solutions. They worked fast and everything was done very professionally.

I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them to everyone who needs a professional service for a very reasonable price.

At first look it appeared that my blocked sewage line was going to be an easy fix. BUT with a 120 year old house almost everything is jerryrigged to barely work. At each step the team found another hurdle and were amazing at problem solving their way around it. I know that other companies would have walked away because it was so complex.
Wayne, Bob, Viktor and Andre were smart, kind, thoughtful, inventive and solution orientated. At the same time, they really tried to keep the costs down while updating an elderly out-of-code system. I can't thank them enough for explaining everything to me in clear terms, outlining the options and helping me decide on the best solution. They were FAST, determined and efficient.
I also really appreciate that they didn't talk down to me or expect to deal with a man. It's the first time I've felt really comfortable and in control of work being done to my house.

I knew H2O Services from their flyer which has very organized info. I contacted Wayne and got further details of installation process. Wayne was very patient and though a lot ahead for customers. He came to my house with professional pile locator to locate the pipe and set the best installation plan. With a schedule convenient for me, he came with an assistant and dug it out. My project was done in a couple days.

Wayne is very knowledgeable about his work and takes his time to educate the customer about the product. He is very professional and the job was completed on time. I put in a requested for plumbing in HomeStars and got a prompt response from Wayne at H2O Services. Wayne and H2O Services was very accommodating to fit in an appointment that matched my urgent need. The technician, Bob, who arrived on schedule diligently worked to helped to address the issue with the equipment he had. When he was unable to resolve the clog due to a limit in equipment because of the short notice provided to set the appointment and the promptness of their arrival, Bob provided a referral that led to the full resolution of the task. I would give a perfect score if they were able to completely address the issue, but they did the best they could on such short notice and still provided the referral that helped address the issue.

H20 Services installed an external backwater valve at my home. Wayne, the owner was very accommodating, met me twice at my home to discuss options and answered my numerous questions. The installer was also very accommodating and happy to deal with my numerous requests. I highly recommend this company!
