our stove was running on High (very hot). We looked up reviews and we liked the reviews from 911 Appliance Service. Evgeny came out February 1, diagnosed what was wrong with the stove. He ordered two new control switches from the manufacturer and on February 8 was back to the house to install them. We are impressed with the quick service and the knowledge Evgeny showed. We would use Evgeny & 911 Appliance Repair in the future if there is a need.

My Jennair range oven stopped working suddenly so I tried contacting the manufacturer to get a service call. They took months to get back to me and when they did they didn’t have the parts. So I finally called 911 Appliance Repair and was connected with Evgeny. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue and found me a replacement part (oven computer) when even the manufacturer couldn’t get one. It took just over 2 weeks from first call to last. My only regret is not calling sooner!

Our Frigidaire gas oven stopped working when the grease from a steak i was broiling flamed . There was an ERR message and consistent beeping even after the oven had cooled . None of the buttons on the console worked. I contacted Homestars and 911 Appliance Repair Services was the only one who responded . After speaking to Evgeny , he recommended that I first switch the breaker off for at least an hour after which I should contact him again . VOILA It worked .... and he didn't charge me for the consult ! Very impressed ! Thank you Evgeny

I called very frustrated and worried about my washer machine I called (Evgeny) he right away told me not to worry he asked me to explain what was the situation I told him , he was so quick came right away to my house spend the time necessary not rushing answering all my questions and concerns show me what was the problem he did not leave until he was sure my machine was working in very good condition.
