Eugenia came very promptly to fix my dishwasher. He is educated in electronics and knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing appliances. He was very good in helping me to understand the problem. I highly recommend his service.

My air conditioner went on the fritz middle of the summer. Max came right away and diagnosed the problem. He gave me options for fixing the A/C but in the end, I decided to replace my older unit. I was happy with the service and the professionalism and would highly recommend this company to others.

I had waterproofing done before but suddenly experiencing flooding in my basement. Slava came out same day and assessed the problem. I did not have to wait long for them to come and do the work. They explained to me what caused the problem. They are a professional and reliable. I watched the entire process and found they did an excellent job.

Tony is a nice person...and he did a good job in part. The problem was that he let us down by not finishing the work we paid him to do. It was a real disappointment to have to call him constantly after we had paid him to finish up. He unfortunately is a contractor that is not committed to client service. For this reason, I would not recommend his company.

We interviewed a number of Design/contractors and decided to go with Peter Brooks for our renovation. While Peter has some design ideas that are good, his construction crew were abysmal. Our property was such a mess, our neighbours complained. The proper permits were not obtained which created major problems for us. Peter Brooks did not draw up any proper plans. He is basically over his head in terms of the skillset he is offering. Peter Brooks is more interested in taking your money than providing a good and honest service. We were very disappointed with the lack of integrity. I would definitely not recommend this company for any type of design or contracting work.

We contracted Alex Kirk to assist us to obtain a building permit for our garage renovation. Mr Kirk assured us he was experienced in this type of work and we paid him to assist us through the permit process and possibly the committee. Mr Kirk took our money, did some preliminary consultation, then refused to contact us or return our money. I would not recommend not using this service.

We hired Alex Kirk to do some remediation around an improperly lowered basement which required, waterproofing, underpinning and re-finishing. We found Mr. Kirk to be difficult to deal with AND unreliable. He left us with defective and unfinished work. His subcontractors were also unhappy in their dealings with this company. Would NOT recommend for any general contracting work.
