Evgeny is a true professional, highly skilled and with an intelligent troubleshooting approach. He came twice, first to determine the possible cause and second to replace the main board and user interface boards but unfortunately the defect is within the internal wiring that cannot be accessed due to the poor design of my Frigidaire product. Despite the outcome in my particular case, I recommend 911 Appliance Repair Services to anyone needing their appliance fixed.
