Our dishwasher wasn't draining. After sending in an online request for the service we needed, response time was fast! Evgeny was able to come in and do the repair on the same day. He was thorough but we didn't feel like he was looking for extra things to charge us for. He even gave us some helpful hints in the proper use and care of our dishwasher. We will definitely recommend 911 Appliance Repair Services to family and friends.
