Called Evgeny to fix my washing machine that wasn't running. He responded quickly, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. Identified the issue and ordered the part - ready to be installed within a day or two. Very communicative at every step. Had an issue after he left, he returned my call promptly and came back to fix it at no charge. Cannot recommend Evgeny enough!
