I got Evgeny's contact after calling two different repair services. I was a little apprehensive about inviting a stranger in my home to look at my washer. But I was quite surprised at Evgeny's professionalism and personal dedication and commitment to the task at hand. Upon arrival, Evgeny thoroughly assessed the problem as I have very little technical know-how. He worked steadily to resolve the problem. I showed him my dryer too and Evgency quickly inspected it and resolved the issue in no time. He also advised me on how to best to use these appliances going forward.
