condo HVAC fan coil maintenance

JPS Canada was hired by my condo's property management company to do HVAC fan coil maintenance in all of the units.

They removed a high quality filter, tampered with my system and installed a lower quality filter incorrectly. When I tried to follow up with them, they gave me the run-around. One story on the phone, and one via email. They totally avoided taking responsibility.

It has been a terrible experience and I would NEVER hire them to do work on my unit. It's been much easier to just go directly to the manufacturer and have them service the unit.

Would not recommend based on their poor customer service and their lack of professionalism.
