I came to an agreement with the manager of this company to renovate my bathroom. I prepaid almost 90% of the total project to earn some discount according to them. The job started and had several interruptions. I always received excuses why the job is not progressing. The manager of the project was nowhere to be found and would not answer my messages and phone calls. It took almost two months and the job was not completed and the excuse was that he didn't have the manpower. I am so disgusted of poor attitude and lack of professionalism. If anything i would recommend stay away from this company.

STATEMENT BY COMPANY OFFICIALS.
Unfortunately once in a while we all run into purposely induced vagueness and insidious demands . Our company did not do the work in this residence as professed by Platon R of Scarborough. A company by the name of Ravenclaw was paid to do the work. Initially our company was asked to construct a barrier free shower but due to unethical demands proposed by Platon R. the client, we opted to pursue our Values Vision Mission. We therefore gave up the work to Ravenclaw and Platon R, agreed with this arrangement. A) We were initially asked to construct a barrier free bathroom with a zero entry to the shower for wheelchair access. B) The client also asked for us to produce receipts for the client to receive government grants for the budget that was to be spent. C) The client then proposed that NO barrier free construction be done however still insisted on the receipts to be provided and to state barrier free was completed which is totally agains company morals. D) Our company is built on the four cornerstones of; Accountability, Stewardship, Sustainability, and Ethical Corporate Governance. We identify and act on opportunities through the exercise of sound judgment and ethical conduct which is in line with our business strategy and corporate values. We therefore refused to continue with this work, that does not conform to these guiding principles for the protection of the companies reputation. The company named above was brought in to complete the work so that we do not leave the client without any options and any deposits that were received were also handed to the company that took over. We do not have any knowledge of this projects outcome after initial discussions
