Man Power Demolition

As I sit here and write this review, I truly don't know where to start. So i'll start at the beginning.

My wife and I moved into a century home that required a lot of work. Demolition was our first step, a step that both my wife and I feared. We feared this because we knew the sheer amount of dust that it would create and with a 7 month old baby, we wanted this at a minimum.

Before Fernando, we interviewed other demo companies, none of them did we ever feel comfortable with until we met Fernando. Fernando put our concerns at rest, we felt that he had our well being and interests at top of mind, and we were right.

We took some time to make our final decision and throughout the process we never felt pressured to make a decision. In fact, Fernando even gave us tips advising us on what we should ensure ANY demo team does whether we choose him or not. He worked within our budget, and we decided he was our guy.

Prior to demolition Fernando walked us through the entire process, what we should do to prepare and what we should expect. There were no surprises.

Once demo day hit, Fernando and his team brought out hepa filtration systems, dust mitigation barriers, EVERYTHING. The demolition went at a feverish pace, his guys were ALWAYS on time at 8am to start working away. I got my home back faster than ever expected, allowing us to move on to get our sub trades to get going sooner.

Finished Product: The finished product was nothing short of amazing, sub trades who entered my house all commented on the job, the lack of dust and no nails left behind.

Fernando and his team took things further by wrapping all my personal items so that no dust penetrated. They vacuumed numerous times over and over before the end of each day.
