The Duct Cleaning Pro

My dryer hasn't been working as well as it used to (evening though it is quite new) and so i figured i needed to get the dryer vent/exhaust cleaned out. Well, that turned out to be a massive under-statement!
I called Mark and he was super friendly and helpful and was even able to squeeze me in the very next day. He came right on time and also gave me a heads up when he was en route. Mark and Ana were so friendly, professional and efficient. They cleaned all the ducts and left the house spotless. Then Mark ventured the the dryer exhaust outside and that thing was scary. It was so full of lint/debris that there was absolutely no air flow coming out....no wonder our clothes took forever to dry. Mark showed me all of the stuff he got out of the vent/exhaust but he still wasn't happy with the airflow and so he kept going deeper until he got the clog way down the duct. Once that was out the airflow was like a strong fan breeze! It was actually scary to think of how much stuff was in there and the real fire risk it poses when a dryer can't get the air it needs to operate properly. We are so thankful to Mark and Ana, not only does our dryer take less than half the time now (and therefore costs less to run) but we also have peace of mind that the job was fully done and the fire risk is gone. We will definitely clean our ducts/vents more in the future and we will for sure call Mark & Ana again. Also, the price they quoted was the price we paid. You read a lot of stories about extra charges after-the-fact but Mark doesn't operate that way..... True professional!

Mark and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning the ducts in our home. They were punctual, respectful, and professional. Mark explained the process, and showed us before and after pictures. The price he quoted was the price paid - no additional or hidden costs for extra ducts. He even cleaned the lint from the dryer and central vacuum ducts.

I would not hesitate to recommend Duct Cleaning Pro, and would certainly use them again.

If anything, I hate the word "duct", because I would get spammed about them almost 3-4 times a day. However, Mark and his team changed my mind.

He came in, did the work, explained everything to me, and left. My home feels a lot better than before, especially because it was full of construction debris.

Mark and Adriane went above and beyond. I chose them because of there reviews and hours that they operate, it told me they were hard workers and skilled at there craft. I was absolutely right !! After a major reno and three dogs the vents were just disgusting. Mark showed me before and after pictures, cleaned all the returns and ducting and sanitized the entire system. Very professional, easy to work with and no hidden costs. They even made the trip all the way up to Orangeville. Im a contractor and I know a good team . These guys are 5 stars .

Mark responded promptly to my request and came the next day. The duct from our dryer is very long from the actual dryer to the outer wall. Mark and Anna cleared so much fluff it was unbelievable.
