The Duct Cleaning Pro

My dryer hasn't been working as well as it used to (evening though it is quite new) and so i figured i needed to get the dryer vent/exhaust cleaned out. Well, that turned out to be a massive under-statement!
I called Mark and he was super friendly and helpful and was even able to squeeze me in the very next day. He came right on time and also gave me a heads up when he was en route. Mark and Ana were so friendly, professional and efficient. They cleaned all the ducts and left the house spotless. Then Mark ventured the the dryer exhaust outside and that thing was scary. It was so full of lint/debris that there was absolutely no air flow coming out....no wonder our clothes took forever to dry. Mark showed me all of the stuff he got out of the vent/exhaust but he still wasn't happy with the airflow and so he kept going deeper until he got the clog way down the duct. Once that was out the airflow was like a strong fan breeze! It was actually scary to think of how much stuff was in there and the real fire risk it poses when a dryer can't get the air it needs to operate properly. We are so thankful to Mark and Ana, not only does our dryer take less than half the time now (and therefore costs less to run) but we also have peace of mind that the job was fully done and the fire risk is gone. We will definitely clean our ducts/vents more in the future and we will for sure call Mark & Ana again. Also, the price they quoted was the price we paid. You read a lot of stories about extra charges after-the-fact but Mark doesn't operate that way..... True professional!
