Eddie and his crew did a fantastic job completing my composite deck on time and on budget. His hardworking crew showed up everyday. No issues! His promises made were promises kept. He worked with me and the city obtaining the permits and personally came for all the inspections. I highly recommend Proper Construction to anyone needing an absolutely stunning high quality deck.
