We had a very large three-stage move in Toronto. The day started well when the staff were fresh, but as we got to the end of the move, they started to fade, resulting in some dropped containers and gently damaged furniture. It was a challenging move, and I understand they are human. I wonder if it the company should consider a swapped-out second team for very long days to keep things efficient.
