My husband and I were very pleased with the work we had done by Builco Development. They renovated our entire home basment, which includes our two brand new kitchens, three custom made bathrooms, new laminate floors, our new fire place and an overall interior paint job of the entire home. Their expert team also worked with us to redecorate our home, in order to acheive exactly what we were looking for. We absoulety love our home and can not recommend them enough!

We were looking for a contractor to building walls for creating new working area in our newly bought office, Builco Development was recommended to us by one of my colleagues. First they did an inspection and after that prepared the new floor plan drawings. Then we got the renovation estimate which was around our budget. They did framing and drywall, installed new doors and interior windows, painted the walls and millworks and also some plumbing. They were reasonable on pricing and finished the job nice and clean and more importantly on schedule! We would probably use them in the future.

I had a large remodel for Kitchen, flooring, and three bathrooms. Milad at Bilco Development was introduced to me by my realtor. I phoned and reached Milad who was quick to come to my home to discuss the projects and to provide a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and Milad was able to schedule his crew to come to my home soon after. The crew completed all of my requested projects and was very respectful of my home. Milad finished the job on time which was very important to us. I would not hesitate to call on Bilco Development again or to recommend them to my friends.

We bought a place - and had it renovated. (Painting throughout 1000sqft flat, new carpet for 75% of floor, new kitchen sink and counter, restack laundry, re-wiring study, and wiring entire flat with Cat 5, furniture assembly and some minor work). We then renovated our old flat before selling it. (Full hard-floor replacement for living/dining area, carpet replacement for remainder, new kitchen entirely, cabinets, counters and appliances, painting throughout, and new bathroom counter and sink.
