We hired Stewart Flooring on the advice of a friend to install plank flooring in the old cottage we recently purchased. Shane arrived quickly and provided us an estimate on the spot. He completed the job in a timely manner with a very fast turn around once we confirmed our order. Provided efficient professional service and a top quality job! Shane was very flexible to requests. He fixed a very awkward looking part of the staircase that had been covered by carpet. He was also open to my wish to reuse the current spindles and railing on my staircase, as well as to do the painting and staining myself, and also made accomodations for the extra time required.
Shane makes every effort to listen to the homeowner and to ensure all work is completed to everyone's satisfaction before considering the job done. He problem solves as he goes, works with care, is very skilled at what he does, and obviously takes considerable pride in his work.
