We needed to replace an old furnace and called Reliance to get a quote and a technician to come to look at our situation for advice. The technician and salesperson were very helpful in giving us our options and recommending the high-efficiency furnace we bought. We were able to have the new furnace installed and working 3 days later and are very satisfied with the results and with our new smart thermostat. All the people we dealt with were very professional, polite, and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Simon
