Egress Window Experts

Egress window experts did a great job of installing the egress window in our below grade basement. It was installed sooner than expected, and in addition to providing an escape route, provides a lot more light to the basement.

The two men showed up on time and had the window done well and Im only 3 hours. They cleaned up and were very polite and considerate. Id recommend them to trust your window needs with.

The Windows and Separate Entrance were Satisfactory done professionally and with my expectations to the highest standards.

We got a couple of quotes for an egress window and went with this company as they were the most responsive and had the quickest turnaround time. From start to finish the service was great, fast clean and efficient. We are very happy with the end result and they were in and out quickly. Left no mess. Would highly recommend. Very professional.

After calling several contractors to fix/reinstall my existing windows which were not properly installed and leaked, I came across Egress Window Experts. I was having much trouble even finding a company that would take the job because it seemed no one wanted to "fix the issue" but wanted to sell me new windows at double the cost I ended up paying. Old Windows were fine, they were just installed poorly by another contractor who had since (surprise) gone out of business.

I also wanted a Juliette Balcony that leaked badly closed up and a regular window installed in its place, as well as a few other windows replaced outright with Awning type mechanisms.

I contacted Egress and spoke to Bill who came down and confirmed the scope of work and what I wanted done. They were very flexible and allowed me to do some of the pre/post-work (like removing and installing casings) myself to save some cash. The quote was fast and reasonable. The entire process was super efficient.

A secondary visit was scheduled where a supervisor (who ended up being the team leader doing the install) came by to remeasure everything and confirm all the details. A few weeks later I got a call from Bill saying that the new windows were in and to schedule the install. Within a week I had a team of 3 working on my house. They did an excellent Job matching my siding where they closed up the balcony and I absolutely love the awning mechanism for the windows I replaced. The rest of the windows were carefully taken out, the openings prepared and then carefully reinstalled. The original windows now feel rock solid and I am waiting for the next rainstorm. I am sure they will not leak now.

The workers were great... They seemed to actually care about the work and really cleaned up after themselves.

Time will tell how good the work is, but as of right now I'm really happy with the workmanship and would recommend them if your looking to have windows replaced or even resized.

Here is the Best part.... Bill called back (not an email... He actually called) the next day to ask if there were any issues, concerns or questions about the work that was done! These days it sometimes impossible to even get a company to acknowledge your existence after you cut the check. This was a great touch!

Contacted these guys to get a windows cut into my house in a part of the basement which has no light at all. Bill contacted me right away, sent an approx quote, then came and refined based on visiting the property. 3 weeks later his crew was there and got everything done in a matter of hours. Left everything just as clean as they found it. And now Ive got a new bedroom in the basement with a huge window, tons of light. Great job by Bill and his team.

I'm happy to say that Bill and his team more than lived up to this expectation. They arrive don time, dug out the clearance, installed the window, installed the window well, installed the gravel, finished the trim inside and out then transferred the soil to the back yard. They completed this in less than 5 hours. I had contemplated doing the work myself, but now know they will do a far superior job.
