Rodrigo did a fantastic job on tiling around our bath tub. He showed up every morning and worked right through the day until 6-7 pm almost every night. Any issues he came across, he promptly brought us in the loop so we could make an informed decision. Rodrigo is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always very accommodating. He worked diligently to ensure the job was done correctly. We are so very pleased with the final outcome. This was Phase I of our bathroom Reno. Rodrigo will be coming back to complete Phase II in the new year. If you have any type of work you need done around your home or place of work, we highly recommend Martinez Build. Our basement needed a wall replaced due to water damage. After a mould remediation specialist came in and cleaned out the damage, Rodrigo came and provided an outline of the plan to reinstate the framing, insulation and vapour barrier that had been removed, as well as a schedule. Not only did he finish on time and with excellent results, but he offered his assistance and knowledge should we have a future project where we need guidance. Rodrigo was an absolute pleasure to have complete this project for us.

Martinez build was a God sent to rebuild my entire master bedroom ensuite bathroom that was abandoned by a quack handy-man turned contractor. If there are any two words to describe the completed project - professionalism and timeliness are my watchwords for them.
They delivered as promised and I had to give them another contract still ongoing.

After Martinez Build's outstanding work to renovate our boy's bathroom, install ceramic tile on our laundry room floor, repair two tiles on our kitchen floor, and paint our stairwell, we knew they were the right company to completely renovate our dated master bath. As we did before, we obtained multiple quotes and Martinez Build was highly competitive for quality work we knew we could count on. We worked with Rodrigo to finalize the bathroom design that saw an old, small shower and a whirlpool bath we never used replaced with a large modern shower, a new heated floor, new vanity, lighting, and storage. A much more involved undertaking than the smaller bathroom, Rodrigo and Solomon approached the work with dedicated enthusiasm. Whether removing the existing two layers of tile on concrete and vinyl flooring, or painstakingly installing the new porcelain tile in the shower and across the floor, or easily dealing with the few small pop-up challenges, they were always positive and upbeat. Rodrigo happily obliged our desire to improve the soundproofing between the master bath and our guest room by adding soundproofing panels and insulation. Kevin the plumber and Shauna the electrician were also first-rate and mirrored Rodrigo's positive professionalism. We love our new bathroom! Based on their honest, engaged approach, effective communication, meticulous work, and adherence to schedule and budget, we wholeheartedly recommend Martinez Build.
