I asked Javier to install drywall to concrete walls since the flooring and ceiling were already finished, then to build a wall to wall storage closet to hide the slope in the floor left when the new addition was added. He then added a pocket door to a cold room where the existing door was blocked by the steps into the room. He did an amazing job! The finished product he painted and cleaned up. I am so pleased. When he found unusual electrical issues, he just proceeded to correct them. He also had great ideas on doors and finishing. I also asked him to patch a couple of holes in the drywall in other rooms in the house and he was very accommodating. I can’t thank Javier enough or recommend him highly enough! He did amazing work.
