Has anyone else here had trouble with Mark taking and holding onto large deposits and not doing the work when promised? We asked for our $8000 deposit to be return in November 2021. Although he agreed to return all of our money, we still haven't seen a dime...only broken promises to return by instalments (?!). I hope this doesn't keep trending further towards fraud. Where's our money and how much longer do we have to wait?
