These blinds seem expensive but you get what you pay for--they look very nice and work well. They are a high end product . The star of this operation is the technician Kyle. We had an issue with the blinds and the remote control eight month after installation. Kyle was prompt, courteous and efficient. He took the time to give us a thorough explanation as to what the issue was, corrected the issue and then gave us an in-person tutorial, a manual,and web links so that we would not experience the same problem again. We were impressed by his professionalism and his personable nature.
