I called Joe about an electrical issue we were having in our house. He was able to come the next day to take a look at what was happening. He was on time and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He was concise and able to relate his knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated the most was that he didn't take advantage of us. The problem was a very simple fix, but we didn't know that. Joe could have told us just about anything and we wouldn't have been any wiser. I appreciated his honesty.

Needed quick service to analyze reason for interment power outages. Joe arrived within hour of our call. After analysis it was decided to replace our 63 year old breaker box and power source. Joe gave us a quote, which we accepted, and he and Brendon worked diligently and finished the job within days. We were so pleased that we hired them to do additional work (install pot lights in kitchen, add additional outlets in furnace room, replace outdoor outlet and breaker box in garage). Joe did an amazing job. He was experienced and found an amazing way to go about the job without damaging the exterior at all. His work is clean and it is impossible to say that the light was installed after. He cleaned up later and the job site was spotless. He is courteous and was able to complete everything in the timeframe he outlined.
