I called Joe about an electrical issue we were having in our house. He was able to come the next day to take a look at what was happening. He was on time and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to fix it in a short amount of time. He was concise and able to relate his knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated the most was that he didn't take advantage of us. The problem was a very simple fix, but we didn't know that. Joe could have told us just about anything and we wouldn't have been any wiser. I appreciated his honesty.
