Sergio was ready available within the day. And ready with all the tools. The cost is reasonable given all equipment he has brought in. I will surely recommend him to our neighbours here. He also suggested some recommendations on the pipe layout should this occur again to have easier access next time this occurs. Courteous and very professional.

Sewer was backing up and I called Sergio. He responded right away and came over the same afternoon. He put a camera down and found where the blockage was immediately started to snake it and cleared the blockage. Throughout the job he was very focused and ket at it until he succeded in clearing the blockage. It took about 2 hours and he did not stop until the job was done. I was impressed by his tenacity and stamina.

I met the guys at water guard while they were working on a neighbouring house. With a good referral from the neighbour, I called them in to do camera inspection job. Guys showed up next morning, walked me through my options, and right on schedule they completed the job. When they arrived to do the work, they showed up with a full crew, all the equipment to make the job efficient and painless. I left them to to their thing, went to work, came home, and they were just finishing up and cleaning up. they’re a great team, they know their trade, honest at explaining the situation, honest at costing the job, and the kind of guys I feel comfortable leaving in my own home without feeling a need to stand over and watch their work. They’ve been my go-to for major plumbing work since.

Sergio came on time as promised. Discovered underground drain locations that I was not aware of and found the site of blockage .He was courteous and efficient and cost was very reasonable

Sergio was very focused and thorough in removing the blockage and identifying the cause. He reviewed the drain completely as well as flushing out materials that blocked drainage. He provided a camera view to show us the results, the drain was extremely clean

I highly recommend him and his company, and would go to them again for plumbing needs

Had a free drain inspection from Bosco that concluded to quite a confusing and expensive quote that I wanted a second opinion on. Emailed Rooter and had Sergio respond back very quickly and come in for a look. Sergio was incredibly thorough, went above and beyond what I would have thought he'd be willing to do and corrected the misinformation I was provided by the previous company. He also broke down the work into bite size recommendations that made it far less intimidating. Super happy I decided to email Rooter and will have Sergio back in the future!

Excellent work, made a time to inspect and tell me what was happening with a lot of moisture and odor near my back basement door. Gave me great advice about waiting until it rains to see if the moisture is coming from the wall or from outside, and I will definitely use Rooterworx to repair the cement and waterproof the wall if there is water coming in!
