I HAD A RELATIVELY SMALL PROJECT TO IMPROVE THE EXISITING WATERPROOFING AS WELL AS TO ESTABLISH NEW AT A SMALL CRAWAL SPACE AREA. HAD A FEW HIGH RATED CONTRACTORS CAME TO REVIEW THE SCOPE OF THE JOB AS WELL AS COSTS ESTIMATION, OLEG WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, STRAIGHT FORWARD ON THE NEEDEDS AND NONEEDS, AND WAS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE IN A TIMELY MANNOR. I DECIDED TO GO WITH ROOTWORX AFTER OLEG PROVIDED HIS DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROMISED TO START THE JOB SOONER WHICH FITS MY SCHDEULE BETTER. OLEG AND HIS CREW CAME ON TIME AND DID ALL THE STEPS AS PER THE JOB SCOPE AND POWER WASHED THE SITE AT COMPLETION. OLEG EVEN SEND ONE OF HIS CREW BACK AFTER THE COMPLETION TO MAKE A FEW IMPROVEMENTS. THE ONLY THING PRVENTED FROM GIVING ROOTWORX A FULL MARK WAS DUE TO SOME OF HIS CREW, ALTHOUGH WERE FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKING, WERE UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE SUFFECIENTLY IN ENGLISH, SO IT CAN BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WHEN OLEG OR HIS SUPERVISOR WAS NOT ON SITE. THAT SAID, THEY HAVE QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, SO I TRUST THINGS WERE UNDER CONTROL. AND ROOTWORX PROVIDE 25 YEAR WARRANTIES.

Highly recommend ROOTERWORX. The reason I have chosen ROOTERWORX to waterproof my basement was the professional advice, recommendation, and excellent rating.

Out of four other companies, Oleg was the only one who recommended what needs to be waterproofed and what can be postponed. Everyone else had agreed to my mistaken approach to waterproof just the half of the wall. I was extremely glad I listened to their advice as there were two more cracks which would not be fixed had I stopped half way.

I was also explained pro and cons of every existing waterproofing approach on the market. It was extremely difficult to obtain just pieces of similar information from any other company.

The attitude was and is courtesies, professional. My question were answered, my concerns were addresses quickly and without hassle.

Employees were doing their job honestly and hardworking. Company went an extra mile to finish the project even during the weekend
before it rained on Monday. Upon job completion everything was left clean, no garbage, grass was back "on" to my satisfaction.

Outcome is great - cracks repaired, basement is dry now. Overall company did a great job.

There really are only 3 key components in completing any successful project, such as parging a foundation wall: top quality material, skilled experienced labour and well-managed customer expectations delivered consistently. From our recent personal experience Rooterworx delivered top marks on all 3. Ill not repeat all the various glowing comments that many other satisfied customers have given in their top-rated reviews of this company except to strongly suggest that interested readers should carefully check all of them out, as well as those of other foundation contractors, as we initially did here at Homestars and elsewhere. From the get-go, our foundation wall parging requirements and communications were handled in a friendly efficient manner by Oleg, who in turn provided excellent project management in ensuring that only a highly qualified contractor was selected for the job and that the work was completed successfully on the promised scheduled date. Marian did an excellent job and within the day met all our requirements and expectations, applying new parging on our foundation wall for a nice smooth finish, leaving everything neat and tidy afterwards. The price was fair considering the results delivered and effort required in expertly doing so. The bottom line: be prepared to spend a fair price for quality. Anything less in the long run is a waste of money, in my opinion.

Sergio replied to my request for a quote immediately and the job was done two days later!

I had a backflow valve installed outside my house. Sergio's crew worked quickly and had the job done within a few hours. They left the job site looking tidy. They were polite and personable and answered any questions I had.

I would recommend this company and I would call them again if I need more work done.

Rooterworx were super prompt in answering the call for service, and after a few questions were able to give a quote for the services required. Sergio was on time, and super quick, friendly, and explained what the problem was and completed the service efficiently, even going the extra bit and making sure the sink area he was unclogging looked waaaaaaaaaay cleaner and nicer than the state he found it in. Other service professionals we have hired in the past have left a mess, but Rooterworx and specifically Sergio on this call left the area looking fabulous, for which we are super grateful. Felt that the cost was reasonable; it's never pleasant to have to shell out for these calls, but this was far cheaper than the last service professional we called out for the same issue, and as already said, Sergio went above expectations. Unlike some other companies' employees who came to unclog the drain pipes, charge for the fee, and walk away, Sergio came to inspect the problem. It turned out that there was a remaining trap in the drain system that needed to be removed before the installation of a backflow preventer valve installed earlier - an "oversight" of an unprofessional plumber.
The trap was removed the next day, but Sergio made an additional trip to our home to verify that all is in a good order and make an additional inspection. We were lucky he responded to our request.

My basement drain was backing up. Sergio and his diagnosed the problem quickly (trap collapse), and his crew repaired it promptly. They took great care of my yard and plants when excavating the pipe. They also helped me save money by suggesting I put in a back flow valve to get a rebate from the city. Great work, I highly recommend Rooterworx.

Professional. Clearly an expert. I thought this was going to be a hard clog to fix. This was not an issue for the amazing Sergio, done in less than hour. Will be using this company again.
