Cosmopolitan is the company to go with for your stucco project. We were totaly saticfied with the fihished look provided by Aiad and his team. Backed by his more than 20 years hands-on experiance in the industry, Aiad planed every step ahead, explained all the details during the quotation, and made everything happen per the job description. Our home was an old victorian style house with stucco & bricks exterior that has quite some details, and both were painted previously. Not an easy project for sure. Aiad and his team, spent almost 2 days just for the prep works alone. They properly covered all none stucco surfaces, removed all light fixtures cables, covering the roofs, floors and even plants. Great attention on all details. respected my house as if it were their own. All his crew were hard working, friendly and took pride in their works. They even helped to fix some of the loosen flagstones without charging me addition. the result speaks for it self, absolutely beautiful, beyoned my our expectation! I HAD A RELATIVELY SMALL PROJECT TO IMPROVE THE EXISITING WATERPROOFING AS WELL AS TO ESTABLISH NEW AT A SMALL CRAWAL SPACE AREA. HAD A FEW HIGH RATED CONTRACTORS CAME TO REVIEW THE SCOPE OF THE JOB AS WELL AS COSTS ESTIMATION, OLEG WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, STRAIGHT FORWARD ON THE NEEDEDS AND NONEEDS, AND WAS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE IN A TIMELY MANNOR. I DECIDED TO GO WITH ROOTWORX AFTER OLEG PROVIDED HIS DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND PROMISED TO START THE JOB SOONER WHICH FITS MY SCHDEULE BETTER. OLEG AND HIS CREW CAME ON TIME AND DID ALL THE STEPS AS PER THE JOB SCOPE AND POWER WASHED THE SITE AT COMPLETION. OLEG EVEN SEND ONE OF HIS CREW BACK AFTER THE COMPLETION TO MAKE A FEW IMPROVEMENTS. THE ONLY THING PRVENTED FROM GIVING ROOTWORX A FULL MARK WAS DUE TO SOME OF HIS CREW, ALTHOUGH WERE FRIENDLY AND HARD WORKING, WERE UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE SUFFECIENTLY IN ENGLISH, SO IT CAN BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WHEN OLEG OR HIS SUPERVISOR WAS NOT ON SITE. THAT SAID, THEY HAVE QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, SO I TRUST THINGS WERE UNDER CONTROL. AND ROOTWORX PROVIDE 25 YEAR WARRANTIES.
