Apparently, I'm a difficult customer because I questioned them and wanted them to be accountable for the very expensive job they did that they DIDN'T actually do.
Paid $1,800 for assessment and supposedly clean all the perimeter drains. Jaseon is so arrogant it's incredible. I asked questions and wanted to understand what was going on, he only wanted to talk in circles. I ended up having another company complete the job. Had no problem with the second company and they did a great job and explained everything in a reasonable way. However, we did find out that Drain Pro had not done what they said they did and had provided an inaccurate assessment. The other plumber was shocked by the work that was done.
When I called Jaeson to discuss it, his response was "too bad, we did what we did, we don't give refunds. You were a difficult customer." Then I said I would go to the BBB (although I know full well they are useless) and Jaeson said (and I quote) "go ahead, they all do, you still won't get a refund." Seriously, run for the hills from these guys unless you have money to burn and are ok to simply pay and pay and never ask a question. If you do, you'll be called a "difficult customer."
The photos are from 3 months after Drain Pro has supposedly cleared the drains and reported that they were 100% clear except for a "partial blockage" on one side (see report). Including inital inspection, I ended up paying $1,800 for this - but I'm the difficult customer. How dare I ask what I'm paying for!! There was another major issue with the drain that I don't have photos for.
