One of my garage door openers malfunctioned and the chain became dislodged. I called Garage Help and they responded within the same day. Mike showed up with the necessary tools and found out that one of the pulley had become damaged. He fixed it all within an hour and also re-calibrated the opener. Lastly, he took the time to re-grease the joints and springs on both garage doors.
