Amazing!! We had a leak in our water tank and were looking for solutions that suited us best. We called Traceys and the suggested a tankless water heater. They discussed the pros of going tankless versus our old rental water tank. Cant remember the price since it was done awhile ago, just remember it was reasonable. Savings have been great and hot water on demand fabulous!!!! No rental charges on my gas bill either for the tank. Love it Whenever our furnace needs replacing we will be calling them for sure.
