I've rented a 20" box for 2 years and would like to purchase it. all payments have been made. I contacted Big Steel Box and was told I can't do this. I would have to purchase another box and have it delivered to my home. This would entail unpacking and repacking. A considerable job.

Our festival has been working with Big Steele Box for the last few years. First, they come and deliver the container to our event, we just have to open the back and take out all the material for the festival. When the event is over, we back it all up and Big Steele Box comes and takes away the container and delivers it to the yard. They are so easy to deal with, prompt and on time. Second we have purchased a used container from them to store some of the materials for our event. They were great to work with and the container provided has really been great for our storage needs.
